Anxiety and Stress
Anxiety and stress are increasingly common challenges faced by individuals in today's fast-paced world. Reset your Mojo Hypnotherapy plan for anxiety here in Grantham, surrounding areas and nationwide offers a unique and effective approach to help you manage these feelings, allowing my clients to explore their subconscious and reframe negative thought patterns. In Grantham, I provide personalised sessions that cater to individual needs, while nationwide online options make this therapeutic method accessible to everyone, regardless of location. By harnessing the power of relaxation and suggestion, hypnotherapy can empower individuals to take control of their anxiety and stress, promoting a sense of calm and improved well-being.

Fears and Phobia's
The Reset Your Mojo Plan providing clients in Grantham and nationwide with fears and phobias embarking on a transformative journey can often bring to the surface our deepest fears and phobias, which can be both daunting and enlightening. For many, the thought of flying can invoke a sense of dread, as the thrill of adventure collides with the anxiety of soaring high above the clouds, far removed from the safety of the ground. Similarly, the act of driving can stir fears of losing control, particularly when navigating unfamiliar paths that may lead to new experiences and personal growth. Public speaking, a common phobia for countless individuals, can be a barrier to expressing oneself fully, leaving one with the nagging worry of missing out on meaningful connections and the chance to share in family memories. Moreover, the mere presence of spiders can increase dread and panic, mirroring the irrational fears that can often prevent us from stepping outside our comfort zones. Yet, by confronting these fears head-on, we have the potential to transform them into powerful catalysts for change, enabling us to embrace new opportunities and create lasting memories along the way.

Sleep Therapy
In today's busy and ever-evolving world, seeking relief from sleep issues has become increasingly essential for many individuals in Grantham. The demands of modern life can often lead to stress and anxiety, making restful sleep a rare commodity. Fortunately, hypnotherapy offers a powerful and effective solution, helping clients to tap into their subconscious mind and address the root causes of their sleep disturbances. With the added convenience of online sessions, those in Grantham can access professional hypnotherapy from the comfort of their own homes, while also connecting with my experience nationwide. This flexibility ensures that no matter where you are on your wellness journey, effective support for improving sleep quality is just a click away.

Grief Therapy
Grief can feel overwhelming and crippling, often leaving individuals grappling with a myriad of emotions and unanswered questions. In Grantham and across the nation, my hypnotherapy service offers a compassionate approach to navigating this challenging journey. By focusing on the overthinking that accompanies grief—the relentless 'what ifs' and lingering uncertainties—hypnotherapy provides you with tools to cultivate calmness and clarity in your mindset. This therapeutic practice not only addresses the emotional pain of loss but also empowers you to find peace amid the chaos, enabling you to honour your loved ones whilst gently healing learning to grow around grief.

Pain Management
Chronic pain, such as that experienced by individuals with arthritis, fibromyalgia, joint pain, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), neuropathic pain, and functional neurological disorders (FND), profoundly impacts daily life, particularly for those in Grantham and across the UK. As people seek effective relief, many are turning to hypnotherapy, an approach that taps into the power of the mind to help manage pain and improve well-being. Through my guided relaxation and suggestion, hypnotherapy aims to alleviate the emotional and physical toll of chronic conditions. Online services now provide nationwide access, making it easier for clients to embark on this transformative journey from the comfort of their own homes. By addressing the psychological aspects of pain, hypnotherapy can complement existing treatments and offer new hope in the quest for relief from the persistent challenges of chronic pain.

Weight-management mindset and emotional eating support
Weight management is not just a physical journey; it's a transformative two-way process that focuses on cultivating a positive mindset, especially when addressing emotional eating. At the heart of this approach is the understanding that each client is unique, and their path to healthier habits requires tailored support. Techniques such as hypno-jab and the Hypno Gastric Band offer innovative methods to reinforce this mindset, helping individuals reframe their relationship with food. By fostering a supportive environment that encourages self-reflection and personal growth, clients can learn to navigate their emotional triggers and develop healthier eating habits, ultimately leading to lasting change and improved well-being.
Smoking Cessation and Vaping
Smoking cessation can be a challenging journey. Hypnotherapy offers a unique approach, as it helps reprogram the subconscious mind, making it easier for individuals to break free from the habit of smoking while simultaneously addressing the underlying anxiety that may exacerbate cravings. By employing techniques from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), practitioners can assist clients in reframing their thoughts and feelings about both smoking and exams, fostering a more positive mental state. Additionally, mindfulness practices encourage individuals to be present, allowing them to observe their cravings without judgment and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Together, these approaches create a comprehensive strategy for overcoming smoking addiction and managing anxiety, empowering individuals to achieve their goals and enhance their overall well-being.

Smoking/Vaping Cessation
Smoking and vaping cessation can lead to significant health benefits, particularly when individuals actively engage in quitting. The most recent UK estimates indicate that the average smoker spends approximately £2,300–£2,800 annually on tobacco products. By opting for cessation, not only do individuals save a substantial amount of money—around £2,338 on average a year—but they also begin to experience immediate health improvements. Within just two hours of smoking cessation, the body starts to recover, with blood circulation improving and levels of carbon monoxide in the bloodstream decreasing. These changes contribute to a reduction in the risk of heart disease and enhance overall well-being. Therefore, choosing to quit smoking or vaping not only lightens the financial burden but also marks the crucial first step toward a healthier life for you. A 2 hour session with a support plan is £150.

Exam Anxiety
Exam anxiety is a common experience that can manifest as stress, nausea, and overwhelming fear of the unknown. As the exam day approaches, the “what ifs” can loom large in our minds, amplifying feelings of anxiety and self-doubt. Many students find themselves questioning their abilities and fearing the potential outcomes, which can lead to a vicious cycle of worry. At Reset Your Mojo, I understand the challenges posed by this anxiety and offer effective solutions. Through hypnotherapy, mindfulness practices, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I can help you regain control, calm your mind, and build the confidence needed to face examinations with a positive outlook. Together, we can transform your exam experience into one of clarity and focus.
Unlock Your Mind:
Discover Hypnotherapy
What Is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process that uses a natural, focused state of attention (often called trance) to help you access the part of your mind where patterns, beliefs, and automatic responses live. In this receptive state, your nervous system settles, your inner dialogue softens, and it becomes easier to update unhelpful habits and strengthen more supportive ones. You stay aware, you stay you, and you remain in control the entire time.
I use hypnotherapy to gently untangle the hooks of grief, reduce anxiety’s grip, and ease phobic responses, so you can feel safer in your body and calmer in your life. My approach is integrative, person‑centred, and trauma‑informed, grounded in warmth, choice, and respect.
What happens in a session
Each session with me at Reset Your Mojo in Grantham and online Nationwide follows a calm, structured flow designed to keep you safe and help you move forward at your pace.
Session overview
• Arrival and settling:
I ensure you are comfortable to proceed, every session is unique to ensure I meet your needs. if it is your first session we will commence contracting and an initial consultation. These forms will be sent prior to ensure I gauge as much information to meet your needs.
• Confidential conversation:
You share what brings you—grief, anxiety, a phobia, or feeling stuck. I listen. We clarify your priorities and what “better” looks like for you.
• Clear goals and agreement:
We co‑create a focus for today (e.g., reduce panic before work meetings; soften waves of grief at bedtime; prepare for an upcoming flight) and agree the pace and boundaries.
• Gentle assessment:
I will ask about sleep, stress, triggers, resources, and any health or safety considerations. This guides the techniques I choose and avoids overwhelm.
• Guided relaxation (induction):
You sit or lie comfortably. I guide your attention to breath, body, and a safe place in your mind. Many people describe this as a deeply restful daydream—aware, peaceful, and in control.
• Therapeutic work (the heart of the session):
Depending on your goals, I’ll use tailored suggestions and imagery to ease symptoms and strengthen coping. You may notice warmth, heaviness, lightness, or simple calm—your experience is valid.
• Integration and re‑orientation:
We gently return to full alertness, reflect on what you noticed, and agree simple, compassionate steps to support change between sessions.
Techniques I may use
• Progressive relaxation:
Soothes the nervous system and prepares the mind for change.
• Resource and safe‑place imagery:
Builds internal safety you can revisit anytime.
• Cognitive reframing in trance:
Updates unhelpful beliefs with more accurate, kinder narratives.
• Anchoring calm:
Links a physical cue (like a breath or touch point) to a felt sense of steadiness you can access in daily life.
• Systematic desensitisation (for phobias):
Gradual, supported exposure in imagery to reduce fear responses.
• Parts‑informed dialogue:
Offers compassion and choice to the “anxious” or “protective” parts of you, reducing inner conflict.
• Grief‑specific work:
Honouring rituals, permission to feel, and gentle stabilisation for waves, anniversaries, and triggers.
• Future rehearsal:
Rehearses upcoming moments (meetings, journeys, conversations) with calm, confidence, and agency.
After your session
• Immediate effects:
Many clients feel lighter, calmer, or more spacious. Sometimes change is subtle at first—like an easier breath or kinder self‑talk.
• Between‑session support:
I may offer brief practices (2–5 minutes) to reinforce progress: a calming breath cue, a personalised recording, or a simple grounding routine. Recordings to listen too dependent on presenting issue.
• Expected duration:
Some goals respond in a few sessions; deeper patterns may take longer. We review regularly to ensure the work feels right and remains effective.
Safety, comfort, and choice
• You remain in control:
You can speak, move, pause, or stop at any time. Hypnotherapy is collaborative—not something done to you.
• Trauma‑informed pacing:
I go gently, you are in control. I stabilise before exploring difficult material, and I prioritise the here‑and‑now and sense of safety.
