1:1 Wellbeing Support

A safe, confidential and trauma‑informed space where individuals can explore emotions, build effective coping strategies, strengthen resilience and develop emotional regulation skills. Our 1:1 wellbeing support is designed for people experiencing grief, anxiety, overwhelm, neurodivergence, identity exploration, stress, loneliness or significant life changes. We support the whole person — helping individuals understand their emotional world, manage daily challenges and feel more grounded, regulated and empowered.

Reset Your Mojo offers inclusive mental health and wellbeing support across Grantham and the surrounding areas, with flexible options available online or from our central Grantham office. Whether you prefer face‑to‑face sessions or remote support, we provide accessible, compassionate wellbeing services for adults, young people and families seeking a safe place to talk, reflect and grow.

Neurodiversity & SEND Support

Holistic support for autistic individuals, ADHDers, PDA profiles, sensory needs and families across Grantham and surrounding areas.

Our Neurodiversity & SEND Support provides affirming, trauma‑informed wellbeing support for autistic individuals, ADHDers, PDA profiles, people with sensory needs and anyone with SEND. We focus on supporting the whole person, helping individuals understand their emotional world, manage overwhelm, build regulation strategies and navigate the everyday challenges that come with neurodivergence.

We offer 1:1 emotional wellbeing support, coping strategies, sensory‑friendly approaches, and practical guidance that helps neurodivergent people feel safe, understood and empowered. Our approach celebrates neurodiversity, reduces stigma and supports individuals to thrive in ways that feel authentic and manageable.

LGBTQ+ Wellbeing Support

Identity‑safe, inclusive wellbeing support for LGBTQ+ individuals, families and allies across Grantham and surrounding areas.

Our LGBTQ+ Wellbeing Support provides safe, confidential and identity‑affirming spaces for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, non‑binary, queer, questioning and intersex individuals seeking emotional support, confidence building and community connection. We understand the unique challenges LGBTQ+ people may face — including identity exploration, discrimination, isolation, relationship changes, family dynamics, minority stress and navigating life transitions.

We offer 1:1 wellbeing support, emotional regulation strategies, confidence building, safe‑space conversations, and inclusive wellbeing activities designed to help LGBTQ+ individuals feel seen, valued and supported. Our approach is trauma‑informed, compassionate and rooted in respect for every person’s identity and lived experience.

Support for Parents, Caregivers & Families

Parents, caregivers and families often carry a significant emotional load when supporting a child or young person through grief, anxiety, neurodivergence, identity exploration or major life changes. Our Mental Health & Wellbeing Hub offers a safe, confidential and trauma‑informed space where families can receive compassionate support tailored to their unique needs.

We help parents and caregivers understand their child’s emotional world, manage daily challenges and build confidence in supporting wellbeing at home. This includes guidance around neurodivergent profiles (autism, ADHD, PDA, sensory needs), emotional regulation, overwhelm, school‑related stress, transitions, routines, and the impact of life events on family dynamics.

Our family‑focused wellbeing support strengthens resilience, reduces isolation and provides practical, gentle strategies that help families feel more connected, supported and empowered. Whether you are navigating grief, supporting a neurodivergent child, caring for an LGBTQ+ young person, or managing stress within the family unit, Reset Your Mojo offers inclusive, accessible support for families across Grantham, Lincolnshire and surrounding areas — available online or from our central Grantham office.
