I’m Jo White, a CPBAB‑qualified Creative trained Walk & Talk therapist, specialising in movement‑based therapeutic work that supports your mind and body at the same time. Walk & Talk Reset is designed for people who find it easier to open up while moving, prefer being outdoors, or feel more comfortable in a less formal environment.
